How Does It Work?
Inside the bag is a special cooling material that activates automatically when temperatures exceed 25°C. As it absorbs heat, the material changes from solid to liquid, helping keep insulin within a safe temperature range for up to 11 hours at 35°C.

Good to Know
If the bag arrives slightly swollen or wrinkled, there is no need to worry – this is completely normal.
- Heat the bag to approximately 50°C for about 2 hours until the material softens.
- Shape the bag as desired.
- Allow it to cool with the zipper open – the bag will then retain its shape.
